Only our lifestyle choices of exercise (10–30 minutes of walking daily), eating healthy proteins and fats, long glycemic fruits and vegetables, avoid and severely restrict carbohydrates, sugar and unhealthy fats like polyunsaturated fats (corn oil, soybean oil, canola oil, safflower oil, and sunflower seed oil).
For healthy fats, choose olive oil, sesame seed oil, coconut oil, cream, butter, eggs, lard and include daily supplements like curcumin and grapeseed extract to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress. Also include the other supplements mentioned in the video as desired.
