... but I don’t believe wine is what makes the people of the Mediterranean area healthier. It’s just one part of a healthy diet. The other part of a healthy diet is that their diet is usually high in healthy fats and the right kind of fats. The French drink plenty of wine but their fats are not vegetable oils. Their fats are cream, butter, eggs, lard, goose and duck fat, the best fats in the world for good health.
