Sip Red Wine ...

Too much alcohol increases risk for high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke.  In moderation red wine relaxes arteries and reduces risk of heart disease and stroke as well as diabetes.  Red wine is the best choice for women.  One glass daily.  Men can benefit from two glasses daily.  It’s not fair to go all week without wine and drink 7 to 14 glasses on the weekend.  It doesn’t work that way.
