Reducing the risk of breast cancer?

Several factors that contribute to life-style such as weight gain, obesity, and level of physical inactivity are associated with breast cancer risk. It was reported that a high intake of polyunsaturated fats like soy and corn oil and alcohol may increase the risk but a high intake of fiber, fruits, vegetables, nuts seed, and berries plus anti-oxidants, and phytoestrogens supplements such as curcumin and grapeseed extract may reduce the risk of breast cancer.
