Strengthen Your Eyes Through Good Nutrition and Proper Supplementation


If you are suffering from eye fatigue, which today is a very common problem since we are focused on such close objects as computers, TVs and video games, there is no question that we could suffer eye fatigue.  Other eye problems that are related to our modern lifestyle and a lack of antioxidants is macular degeneration, diabetic neuropathy and cataracts.  Most eye problems are the result of excessive free radical damage, pollution, smoke, and sunlight which can have damaging effects on the eyes.  Having an adequate intake of antioxidants (berries, fruits, vegetables) may prevent much of the damage to the eyes.  For adequate insurance, I would take a combination of black currant extract, about 60 mg standardized at 25% for a total intake of 15 mg anthocyanins, combined with one of the most powerful antioxidants in the world, astaxanthin.  This combination of 60 mg of black currant and 4 mg of astaxanthin, taken once or twice a day, can improve the function of the eye.
