Selenium Protects Against Viral Infections.

The real hero!

Selenium is important for preventing injury to tissues caused by inflammation, and stopping viral activity in the body.

Without selenium, viruses become stronger and mutate into a virulent virus (fatal, lethal) and cause more deaths. The human harboring a virulent virus now infects others with a far more deadly virus.

In an animal model of influenza, the mortality rate of animals deficient in selenium was 3 times higher than in animals given supplemental selenium.

A study from the early outbreak of COVID in China found that the recovery rate was 36% in people living in areas with high selenium intake, versus only 13% in areas with low selenium intake.

 

Pair 200 mcg of selenium with 30 mg Zinc, and take daily.
