Reduce the Risk of Heart Disease, Atherosclerosis and Depression


Our heart and brain require an ample supply of B vitamins, but most importantly B vitamins that are exactly the form that the body can use without having to be converted by the liver into the biologically active form.  There are three very important B vitamins that researchers have claimed from case reports that, after their patients started using P-5-P (vitamin B6), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) and folate (folic acid), their patients seldom ever experienced another cardiovascular event.  While drugs are life-saving when necessary during and after a heart attack or similar event, our heart does not require drugs to be healthy.  Our heart and our entire body requires vitamins and minerals to complete the biological metabolic function.   Doctors have also found that these three B vitamins reduce the risk of anxiety and depression and may be more effective for depression than antidepressants.
