How To Live Pain Free Naturally

Probably the number one complaint by Americans to their doctors is that of pain. It can be pain of joints, fibromyalgia, headaches, muscular pain, and osteo and rheumatoid arthritis pain. Some people live on pain killers, those purchased over-the-counter and some prescribed by physicians. All pain killers have side effects, some more dangerous than others. It is estimated by the CDC (Center For Disease Control), that approximately 16,000 people die annually from using Tylenol. The dosage that can kill is not excessive but even at 20% less than the recommended dosage. Then you have the side effects associated with stomach, liver and kidney damage.

It would be nice to live without pain and without these harmful side effects. Now, there is a natural combination of ingredients such as curcumin, boswellia, DLPA (amino acid/protein) and nattokinase (a plant enzyme). The clinical research on just two of these ingredients, curcumin and boswellia, have been quite impressive.

Using a special extract of these two herbs in a study on Osteoarthritis by comparing these herbs against Celebrex, the herbs were found to be 69% effective and Celebrex only 29% effective. In another study using a special extract of curcumin, having superior absorption qualities, was as effective as the drug Voltaren in reducing the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. Most doctors would not think of prescribing curcumin and boswellia. And admittedly the studies are small using curcumin and boswellia and not of the quality that drugs are required to undergo.  But there is enough evidence to suggest that curcumin and boswellia may relieve pain without side effects. The clinical trials are compelling enough to give these herbs a try. There is nothing to lose but your pain.
