Everybody Should Enjoy a Good Night’s Sleep


A lack of sleep is as destructive to the body as smoking.  Everyone should enjoy good, sound sleep at least 8 to 9 hours a night.  However, most of the drugs that are prescribed to induce sleep have too many side effects that lower the benefits of their use. 

A new European formulation of plant oils to induce a sound sleep is now available in the U.S.  These four plants are mandarin orange, lavender, lemon balm, and ravensara.  These plant oils are available in softgels. Taking 1 or 2 softgels before bedtime will reduce the stress of the day and help with a good, sound sleep.
