Every Week When I Open My Scientific Websites, There’s a new study on Vitamin D3


Rickets is a bone disease.  Now there again we call a vitamin deficiency a disease.  If you get enough vitamin D3 there are no rickets and no bowing of the legs which is caused by a softening of the bones through a deficiency of vitamin D3.  Most of our conditions today are symptoms of a deficiency of a vitamin or mineral.  And our level of nutrients has increased significantly due to burdens in our environment that were not present 60 to 80 years ago such as chemicals, pesticides, pollution, car exhaust, dyes and coloring in food, and the 55,000 other chemicals in our environment.  Plus the huge increase of drug use both legally and illegally.  All of this affects our level required of vitamins and minerals.  In the UK the level of rickets has gone up quite significantly.  A disease so easy to prevent by just ensuring an intake of vitamin D3.  Vitamin D3 deficiency has been implicated in the increase of arthritis, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, depression, MS, Parkinson’s disease and an ineffective immune system.  Some experts call Vitamin D3 the best flu preventative and 90% more effective than flu shots.  The Vitamin D Council in Omaha Nebraska recommends 5,000 IUs of vitamin D3 daily.
