Even Natural Food Doesn’t Do It


It’s impossible to get all of our vitamins and minerals from our food today even if we select whole natural foods.  There is a greater burden put on our body which then requires more nutrients to compensate for the burden of chemicals, preservatives, pesticides and pollution.  Plus eating natural foods and still drinking excessively and smoking depletes the body of nutrients.  The majority of drugs depletes the body of nutrients.  Our world has changed and our dietary habits have changed as well.  I think a good multivitamin and mineral supplement is the basic foundation for good health.  While I believe in natural medicines in the place of drugs and synthetic medicines, they are a better choice than drugs.  In this case we too are not deficient in boswellia or curcumin or ginger.  They can work miracles for specific indications but our body only runs on vitamins and minerals.  Our bodies are deficient in vitamins and minerals, out of balance with nature which displays this imbalance with symptoms that can be corrected with only vitamins and minerals.  We only need a good vitamin and mineral combination not a one tablet a day version but a multiple tablet version of all the vitamins and minerals.  The one I like contains all the nutrients and in levels consistent with good health.  Which then takes at least 2 to 4 tablets a day.  But if you want good health it starts with a foundation.
