Cold and Flu, and Shingles All Begin With a Nasty Virus
Yes, there are flu shots and shingle vaccines, but it seems that pharmaceutical companies want us to believe that drugs are the only prevention to a virus outbreak. However, I don't think that always inoculating ourselves against a virus is the best way to remain healthy. I really wonder if these are real people or actors as they sure make you want to rush out for the shingles vaccine. Viruses are like weeds in the garden. If you don't take care of your garden, the weeds will overrun your good crops. If you don't take care of your body and maintain good health, you could possibly have an outbreak of a virus. You can't eat junk food, live on carbohydrates and sugar, smoke, drink excessively and have soft drinks as your main beverage and expect to maintain good health. Sorry, it takes a little more discipline to eat a healthy diet, combine that with 8-9 hours of sleep, get 30 minutes of exercise several times a week, dump the garbage food, sugar, refined carbohydrates and carbohydrates in general. Sugar is poison and it disrupts the healthy metabolism of the body. But if you want to protect your health, of course, talk to your doctor about the shingles vaccine.
