Avoid a Cold and Flu as Well as the Shingles


By strengthening your immune system with zinc, vitamin B6, vitamin A and elderberry it’s a more effective way than shots or vaccines.  Our bodies have all the necessary defense systems to protect us against viruses but our defense system needs daily nutrition to maintain it in good health.  The immune system can’t be healthy if it lacks vitamins A and C, the mineral zinc, and for good measure, elderberry.  Zinc is one of the most miraculous and powerful infectious fighters.  We require it on a daily basis as we can’t store zinc in our body.  If we miss just one day of a supply of zinc, we are depleted and deficient within 16 hours.  We are prescribed so many drugs, antibiotics and vaccines, which are dispensed in the name of good health, but those we seek advice from in terms of our health recommend all these pharmaceuticals but nobody educates Americans on health and nutrition.  Drugs are not the answer.  We need all the vitamins and minerals every day without exception.  Today, our food cannot meet our requirements but still we should eat as healthy as we can and supplement with a very high quality multivitamin and mineral supplement, not a one-a-day because it’s impossible to get enough nutrients in a one-a-day.
