Add Vitamin D to Keep Your Brain Sharp

Researchers looked at brain levels of vitamin D in older adults who had mild to severe mental decline.

Participants with the lowest vitamin D levels in their brains had the most significant mental decline.

Similar results have been found in previous studies: earlier this year, it was reported that risk of dementia is over 50% higher in people with low vitamin D levels.
