If you stop any person on the street and ask them what causes heart disease, you know what the answer will be: butter and eggs, meat and fat. The King and everybody else fall for their trick, and the Emperor parades before his subjects naked, thinking that he is wearing "new magic clothes". It takes a child to see the truth and cry out, "But the king isn't wearing anything at all!". Once the silence is broken, everybody else sees the truth, and the king runs away in shame.
