If everyone ate a healthy diet without all the fast food and packaged goods, we may be able to save billions of dollars.

The American diet, high in harmful fats, refined carbohydrates, sugar, soft drinks and all the chemicals used in packaged goods are responsible for our ill health.  Then, in order to compensate for the diseases and ill health caused by our diet, drugs are prescribed as a means of what is called our health care system.  If everyone ate a healthy diet without all the fast food and packaged goods, we may be able to save billions of dollars.  In most cases, our health care system does not advocate going back to the traditional diet.  You can learn more about the traditional diet by going to my website at www.TerryTalksNutrition.com and click on “Terry’s Traditional Diet”.  While it’s certainly not an invention of mine, it’s a diet that I highly recommend.  You can also learn more about the traditional diet at the Price Pottenger Foundation.
