Concerned about Alzheimer's? Start a prevention program.


If you’re concerned about loss of memory, dementia, loss of cognitive function, or even Alzheimer’s disease, start a prevention program which includes lots of fresh fruit, not canned in sugary syrup, and fresh vegetables preferably lightly steamed or stir fried.  Americans have neglected to include 5-7 servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
