You know you need vitamins and minerals for strong immune support. But, what are the best forms? How do you makes sense of what you need? Are there differences in how the body uses them? Let’s dive in and make it all clear so you know exactly what nutrients are essential for a better immune system.
Q. Dear Terry, “I have a very heavy menstrual flow every month. My doctor told me this is why I’m anemic. He put me on some iron that really backed me up. I had to stop taking that kind of iron, but I still want to do something about the anemia. What do you suggest?”– Taleah C., Madison, WI
Q. Dear Terry, “I have lots of friends and family members that take B vitamins every day. I’m honestly not sure what B vitamins do. I would like more information before I start taking them. Can you tell me more info about B vitamins and why they are useful?” – Ron P., Grand Forks, ND
Q. Dear Terry, “I’ve tried St. John’s wort in the past for depression. I stopped taking it a while back, but I want to give it another try. What should I look for in a St. John’s wort supplement?” – Harper K., Fort Wayne, IN
Sometimes God will inconvenience you in order to help somebody else. Instead of getting frustrated when our plans don’t work out, we need to remember that it’s not all about us. “I don’t like my job. The people are so negative. When is God going to move me out?” Maybe God has you there on purpose to let your light shine and be a good influence on them.
Quit fighting everything you don’t like. If God has you there, He’s ordered your steps. It may be uncomfortable, but instead of resisting it, trying to pray it away, why don’t you embrace it? Say, “God, this is where You have me right now, so I’m going to be my best. I may not like it, but I know a secret: it’s all good.” If you’ll stay in faith, everything that was meant to stop you, God is going to use to push you forward. He’s bringing it all together right now.

“Father, thank You that You never allow anything out of which You can’t bring good. Thank You that You purposefully order my steps in the way that is best for me. I believe that You have me right where You want me, and it’s working for me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
