Q. Dear Terry, “I’ve been getting a lot of “charley horses” lately. Sometimes the cramps are so painful I can’t walk for a short period of time. The cramps have been affecting my quality of sleep as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated!” — Stefan K., Renton, WA
Q. Dear Terry, “My diabetes is currently managed with prescription medications. I’ve also been taking steps to naturally control my blood sugar with the foods I eat and trying to walk every day. I’m really interested in learning more about natural things to lower my blood sugar. What do you suggest for people with diabetes?” — Jennifer W., Grand Island, NE

Propolis is used by the bees after they add beeswax and resin that forms a glue that they then use to seal the openings in their hive against bacteria and viruses. It's their natural antibiotic which protects the health of the hive. The bees collect the source of the propolis from the buds of trees and shrubs. You and I can also use Propolis as a natural antibiotic.
Science has now proven it's a natural antimicrobial. It can protect our bodies from bacterial, viral, and fungal infections. I just met a young man who had a staph infection on his leg that was spreading by the day, and nothing medically could contain the infection. After taking 100 mg to 200 mg of a special Propolis each day, within a week it killed the infection.
There are several other studies on this special Propolis that you can read if you Google, Propolis GH2002. It can also be used to heal cold sores and fever blisters when used in a lip cream. Work is now being done in Germany that is promising for the treatment of shingles. Nature has the answer!
TODAY'S WORD From Joel and Victoria
By His Grace
In this day and age, many people are filled with worry about their future. They live stressed out, wondering, “What’s going to happen if I get laid off?” “How am I going to handle it if my loved one doesn’t make it?” Or, “My parents are getting older. How can I take care of them and my own family at the same time?” Here is the answer: God’s grace is going to be there at every stage of your life to help you do whatever you need to do. God’s grace is what saves us, but that’s not all. His grace is His enabling power. His grace will give you the strength, wisdom and favor to accomplish what you could not normally accomplish on your own. His grace is sufficient for whatever you need in your future.
If you’re in a difficult marriage, if you’re raising a child that's hard, if you’re facing a sickness, one thing you can count on is that the grace of God will be there. Receive it today by faith, and let Him empower you to walk through the difficulty into a place of victory in Jesus’ name!

“But whatever I am now, it is all because God poured out his special favor on me—and not without results. For I have worked harder than any of the other apostles; yet it was not I but God who was working through me by his grace.” (1 Corinthians 15:10, NLT)
