A. Dear Mickey, Chronic stress places extra demands on our adrenal glands, which can cause adrenal dysfunction and even exhaustion.
I highly recommend making some modifications to your diet. I believe it’s important to restrict all sugar and foods made with sugar, refined flour, and carbohydrates. That means soft drinks, sweetened and diet, crackers, candy, cookies, bread, pasta, cakes, and ice cream. While I understand this takes a huge effort, it can make a real difference. In addition to dietary modifications, there are some natural ingredients that you may want to consider.
