My doctor has suggested a hip replacement because the joint is bone-on-bone.

Q. Dear Terry, “My doctor has suggested a hip replacement because the joint is bone-on-bone. Is there anything natural that I could take to relieve the pain in my hip and possibly rebuild the cartilage? Any suggestions are much appreciated.” — Robin D., Jackson, MS

A. Dear Robin, I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties. The good news is I do have some options that I believe will make a significant difference.

When it comes to addressing pain, I would recommend these four ingredients: highly absorbable curcumin, boswellia, DLPA and nattokinase. Each ingredient works in a slightly different manner to get you comfortable as quickly as possible. I advise taking the four ingredients three times daily.

In addition, I would also recommend using a different multi-ingredient combination of highly absorbable curcumin and boswellia, along with vitamin D and fructoborate. This quartet of ingredients helps to reduce joint pain and stiffness, as well as rebuild joint structure. I recommend taking this combination three times daily.

Please be patient – you will need to allow at least 4-12 weeks with the above nutritional program before you evaluate your progress.

Healthy Regards!

Terry . . . Naturally
