I’ve had multiple bone spurs over the years that have been quite painful.

Q. Dear Terry, I’ve had multiple bone spurs over the years that have been quite painful. Right now I have a bone spur in my foot that is acting up. What can I do to help resolve the bone spur and be pain free?” — Perry T., Bartlett, TN

A. Dear Perry, Bone spurs are formed when “dead calcium” builds up in certain areas of the body. Bone spurs can happen to anyone and they can often be very painful.

Regardless of the cause of your bone spurs, I believe there are some natural ingredients that can help. I recommend two specific forms of calcium (calcium phosphate and calcium chloride), magnesium (magnesium glycerophosphate), along with bioavailable B6, betaine HCl, vitamin C, and ammonium chloride.

These ingredients help to temporarily shift the body to an acidic state so the calcium can be reabsorbed. That means that calcium stays where it needs to and it doesn’t form clumps that progress into bone spurs.

It’s important that you take these ingredients four times per day to really help the body clean away those unwanted calcium deposits on the bone (aka bone spurs). Once the bone spur is resolved, you may want to stay with these ingredients once per day for maintenance.

Additionally, for the pain, you may want to consider a combination of curcumin enhanced with turmeric essential oil, boswellia, DLPA, and nattokinase. Each ingredient works in a slightly different way to get you comfortable as quick as possible. I would take these ingredients one to three times per day.

Healthy Regards!
