I'm experiencing popping (with mild to no pain) in my right knee when I walk.

Q. Dear Terry, “I have never had any knee problems before, but now I'm experiencing popping (with mild to no pain) in my right knee when I walk.  The doctor said I have fluid on my knee and prescribed naproxen. But I don't ever want to have surgery and would like to better my knee naturally.” — Tasha P., Detroit, MI

A. Dear Tasha, I do have some safe and effective nutrients that I believe can help to strengthen your knees.  I would recommend using a multi-ingredient combination of highly absorbable curcumin, boswellia, along with vitamin D and fructoborate. This quartet of ingredients helps to reduce any pain and inflammation around the joints, improve flexibility and range of motion, as well as rebuild joint structure. I recommend taking one capsule of this blend three times daily.

Healthy Regards!
