I’m a student and have to sit a lot for class. I noticed some swelling in my ankles.

A. Dear Megan, Sitting for prolonged periods of time is unfortunately all too common in today’s society. First and foremost, I recommend trying to at least stand up every hour, if possible.

Additionally, there are two powerful botanicals that have the ability to strengthen leg veins and help stop the pain and swelling. I believe you would benefit greatly by adding a combination of red vine leaf extract and butcher’s broom to your daily regimen.

Red vine leaf extract is a cousin of resveratrol from wine. In fact, red vine leaf extract contains resveratrol, anthocyanins, as well as a range of other protective polyphenols. Best yet, it has been clinically proven to relieve the pain and swollen legs associated with varicose veins and chronic venous insufficiency (CVI).

Butcher’s broom is extremely well-known for treating varicose veins, other symptoms of CVI, and circulatory health in general.
