A. Dear Lizzy, Bone spurs are formed when calcium and other minerals accumulate in areas of the body, like the spine and heel. Bone spurs can happen to anyone and they can often be very painful.
Regardless of the cause of your bone spurs, I believe there are some natural ingredients that can help. I recommend two specific forms of calcium (calcium phosphate and calcium chloride), magnesium (magnesium glycerophosphate), along with bioavailable B6, betaine HCl, vitamin C, and ammonium chloride.
These ingredients help to temporarily shift the body to an acidic state so the calcium can be reabsorbed. That means that calcium stays where it needs to and it doesn’t form clumps that progress into bone spurs.
It’s important that you take these ingredients four times per day to really help the body clean away those unwanted calcium deposits on the bone (aka bone spurs). Once the bone spur is resolved, you may want to stay with these ingredients once per day for maintenance.
Additionally, for the pain, you may want to consider a combination of curcumin enhanced with turmeric essential oil, boswellia, DLPA, and nattokinase.
