Q. Dear Terry, “I have suffered from recurring boils since I was in my teens. I am now in my 60's. It seems as if I can’t get any relief from this condition. Do you have any suggestions?” — Valerie J., Omaha, NE
A. Dear Valerie, I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties finding an effective treatment.
My first recommendation is for a combination of Ravintsara, Myrtle, Thyme and Bay Leaf concentrated plant oils. This combination is extremely potent in ridding the body of pathogens. I recommend taking this combination orally twice daily.
You may also want to consider adding Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia), Thyme (Thyme satureioides), Clove (Eugenia caryophyllus), and Oregano (Oregano compactum) oils – some of nature’s most powerful antibacterial ingredients – to help boost your natural defenses. Take these concentrated plant oils orally twice daily. You could also dab a few drops of these oils on the affected area, as needed.
Make sure to choose concentrated plant oils that have been laboratory tested to accurately identify elements of their natural chemical composition. Unlike essential oils used for massage and aromatherapy, these plant oils are tested and “fingerprinted” based on specific molecular makeup, species, marker compounds, purity and safety for internal medicinal use. The extraordinary potency of these tested plant oils allows for relatively low doses, but very powerful health benefits.
