A. Dear Tracy, Bone spurs are formed when “dead calcium” builds up in certain areas of the body. Bone spurs can happen to anyone and they can often be very painful.
Regardless of the cause of your bone spurs, I believe the following ingredients will help.
I recommend a combination that includes specific forms of calcium (calcium phosphate and calcium chloride), magnesium (magnesium glycerophosphate), along with bioavailable B6, betaine HCl, vitamin C, and ammonium chloride.
These ingredients help to temporarily shift the body to an acidic state so the calcium can be reabsorbed. That means that calcium stays where it needs to and it doesn’t form clumps that progress into bone spurs.
I suggest you take a combination of vitamin C, vitamin B6 (in its bioactive form as pyridoxal-5-phosphate), calcium (as calcium chloride and calcium phosphate), magnesium (as magnesium glycerophosphate), ammonium chloride, and betaine HCl, with each meal and right before bed.
It’s important that you take these ingredients four times per day to really help the body clean away those unwanted calcium deposits on the bone (aka bone spurs). Once the bone spur is resolved, you may want to stay with these ingredients once per day for maintenance.
