I am experiencing a lot of joint and muscle aches/pains, which is causing me to cut back on my exercise.

Q. Dear Terry, “I am a diabetic. I started exercising a year ago and to date have lost 50 lbs. My routine consists of strength training and bicycling (approx. 60 miles per week). However, I am experiencing a lot of joint and muscle aches/pains, which is causing me to cut back on my exercise. Is there something I can take to help alleviate the soreness?” — Mario R., Miami, FL

A. Dear Mario, Congratulations on your efforts to make the right choices when it comes to your health!! It looks as if you are already reaping the benefits!

I am glad to say I do have a natural option that may help with the healing process.

I recommend trying a combination of high absorption curcumin with boswellia, DLPA and nattokinase to address any pain you may be experiencing. Each ingredient works in a slightly different manner to get you comfortable as quickly as possible. I advise taking one to two capsules of this blend three times a day.

For weight loss and aerobic conditioning, I highly recommend interval training. You can click on Terry’s Exercise Plan. Read the information on “short burst exercise.” Develop a regular routine that has you exercising for 12 minutes two or three times a week.

Healthy Regards!
