A. Dear Deborah, When it comes to oils, I only use olive oil (extra virgin, cold-pressed), organic sesame seed oil, camelina oil, and coconut oil. Each of these oils can be used for any purpose, whether it’s as a supplement, salad dressing, or cooking.
