You can’t stop eating the way you are and go on a diet and then think you can go back to eating what you previously did. You will gain weight again, and on the average of 20% more than you previously weighed. A diet should be a lifestyle change. Eliminate all the foods that are responsible for gaining weight such as sugars, refined carbohydrates and grains, soft drinks and vegetable fats. A diet of proteins, animal fats, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds in any quantities that you desire will help you lose the weight that you’ve been struggling with from umpteen years. Yes, you can have fats as fats are not fattening. What causes us to gain weight are refined sugars and carbohydrates.
