Exercising for Twelve Minutes Will Reduce Your Risk of Heart Disease More Effectively than Running a Marathon.

I have worked out off and on almost all my life. At one time in my teens and early 20’s, at 5’7” tall, my weight ballooned to 250 pounds. When I was in the Marine Corps I was encouraged to work out. Maybe forced is a better word, since the obstacle course and a regimen of 10-mile runs started my daily exercise routine. During the same time a Captain in the Marine Corps mentored me in weight lifting and physical exercise and introduced me to my first health food store in Oceanside, California. The lifestyle that I adopted then eventually brought me to where I am today – healthy, at an appropriate weight, and with a better understanding about health and nutrition. It changed my whole life. Now I hope I can help you change your life.

Would You Like to Experience an Increased Resistance to the Strains of Life While Increasing Your Libido?

High in the Andes Mountains grows a tuber very similar to a potato.  In fact, the Andes Indians mostly exist on this tuber called Maca.  It’s a food consumed daily and is even mixed into a mash and fed to babies.  It is extremely safe and non-toxic.  It helps to build strength and stamina that the Indians need who live and work at an elevation of 14,000-16,000 feet.  We can take a lesson from this and compare it to our lifestyle, although not at their elevation, Maca can counter the strains of life plus it improves sexual performance and libido.  Several grams a day would make an excellent dosage to improve endurance, stamina, energy and libido.  Think of what it takes to live at an elevation of 16,000 feet.  Maca can work wonders for us.

At Just the Right Time

Are you praying for something that’s taking longer than you thought or expected? No matter how long you may have been standing on God’s promises, don’t give up! Your season is coming. Your harvest of blessing is on its way. It might be today, it might be tomorrow, it might be next week, next month or next year; but remember, at just the right time, you will experience your breakthrough.

Be encouraged today because God is faithful and His promises are true. Keep standing, keep hoping, keep believing. Keep doing good. Keep declaring the promises of God over your life. Choose to be around people who are going to encourage you and fill your heart and mind with God’s Word. Let a song of praise come out of your mouth. Press on in faith and keep an attitude of victory. Don’t get tired of doing what is right because your harvest of blessing is on the way!

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your goodness and faithfulness in my life. Thank You for refreshing and renewing my heart. Fill me with Your peace; fill me with Your strength. Help me to do good and stand firm until I see my harvest of blessing in Jesus’ name. Amen.
