Q. Hi Terry, “What causes a person to “hear” or “feel” their pulse in their ears? And is there a natural solution to overcoming this issue?” —Jane F., Wayne, NJ A. Dear Jane, The primary cause of pulsating in the ear is usually decreased circulation and increased blood pressure. If you are at all unsure, I would consult your physician to rule out high blood pressure. High blood pressure left uncontrolled can cause very serious cardiovascular complications. There are excellent natural products that would support healthy blood pressure. I particularly like a formula that combines clinically studied olive leaf standardized to 18% oleuropein and highly concentrated hibiscus extract, in a 25 to 1 ratio. One capsule of this formula daily is generally all that is needed, but you may increase to two capsules per day if you wish. I also often recommend a multi-ingredient cardio specific formula for overall heart health. Some of the ingredients to look for include the B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, potassium, L-carnitine, CoQ10, Ginkgo, nattokinase, and EDTA. This type of quality formula helps keep the blood vessels open and blood flowing smoothly. Healthy regards! Terry . . . Naturally
