Q. Hi Terry, “I was diagnosed with endometriosis and recently had an ovarian cyst removed. I currently take a daily multivitamin, omega fatty acids and vitamin D. Is there anything else you would suggest that could help prevent the endometriosis from causing more cysts?”  —Ann W. Red Wing, MN A. Dear Ann, I think that ingredients that help reduce inflammation would be the best suggestion. I recommend a combination of bioavailable curcumin, boswellia, DLPA and nattokinase. Take 2 capsules twice a day. This formula helps reduce inflammation and relieve pain. For additional inflammation relief, I suggest taking 1 capsule 3 times daily of a combination of bioavailable curcumin, boswellia, DLPA and ginger. Sometimes chaste tree berry is helpful as well, and is another option you may want to consider. It aids in hormone balance which can help reduce the severity of endometriosis.
